Short answer yes!  There are some breeds that are not allowed. There is a $300 non-refundable pet cleaning fee.  The monthly fee is $25 per pet.

Yes!  Kitchen appliances are included.   Refrigerator and range.  Some properties also have a dishwasher.  We do not supply laundry appliances.

We use an app that you can install on any smart phone.  It allows you to pay all fees as well as enter a maintenance request should you need something fixed.

On most CIG owned properties, no.  We have several properties that had utilities included when we bought them so we continue those conditions.

Simple, click on the link at the top of the page “Prospective Tenant” and fill out the form.  It will be sent to our property manager and they will contact you to schedule a time to meet you at the property.
